On 1st of February 2018, Millennium Mams’ and Millennium Youth eagerly
awaited the unveiling of the Budget at a packed IMI auditorium. Joining us in the
excitement were the media. The various news channels comprising Aaj Tak, Zee
News, News X, NDTV and CNBC TV 18 were there at IMI since early morning and
they interviewed the Mams regarding their expectations while the Budget was
being presented by the Union Finance Minister, Mr. Arun Jaitley. The post Budget
reactions of the Mams' were also recorded by them.
Later in the day, there was an analysis session – “Union Budget 2018 Simplified” at
IMI by Mr. Dhanuka. The audience comprised not only Mams but also ladies
from prestigious organizations like WEF, All Ladies Leauge and Flo. Members of
Millennium Youth along with students from the Bhawanipur College and AIISEC
were also present. The session ended with an enthusiastic Q & A round which fur-
ther enhanced our understanding of the Budget.
