The Millennium Mams’ Teachers’ Day event at Taj Bengal, honoring mentors Mr. Bishnupur Dhanuka and Sanjay Bhuwania, was truly spectacular. The event, themed “Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav,” paid tribute to India’s 75th Independence Day.
Twenty-five Millennium Mams participated in the beautifully choreographed dance production “Atithi Devo Bhava” by Sudarshan sir and this was originally commissioned by the Tourism Guild of Agra, the performance was presented at the Taj Mahal as part of World Tourism Day. The show celebrated unity in diversity in India, magnificently representing the various cultures from east to west and north to south.
Millennium Ma’ams from across India, especially Mumbai and Bangalore, travelled to Kolkata to enjoy the event, which was celebrated with grandeur as Millennium Mams completed its 3 decades.
The entire event was spearheaded by Jyoti Berlia, a committee member. Millennium Mams President Preeti Agarwal kept the spirits high and served as the strongest pillar of support and strength.
